We head out to beautiful Joshua Tree, CA… honestly the first time we been there and amazed why we never been there before. It’s a different type of nature, a rock climber’s haven. We weren’t appropriately geared for the weather with our Big5 tent with a missing rainfly and some broken support sticks, but we’re men.
Ban and Chris have been my long time buddies since high school. And Tim has been friends with Chris since college. You may also recognize him from our very first entry.
I’ve been tagging along with these guys indoor rock climbing since a recent near summit to Mount Williamson and watching them progress to this. An amazing feat!

We stopped by a Halloween store, Derek had a plan.
Shot on 7D and GH2 using both Tamron 17-50mm and Canon’s Nifty Fifty. GH2 was hacked to 44mbps.
Derek whipped up the score on this one.

Back in July we’ve submitted a skit into Still Motion short film contest. Our assignment theme was “Closure” with the freedom to run with the any idea. We had a time limit of 60sec to tell the story. Because of the time constraint the last few frame was shorten down, pause at the end of the facebook comment and you’ll see how we cleverly incorporated “Closure” to this short skit. (We wrote our 1st score on this short film contest!)
Excuse our poor acting, we couldn’t find anyone at the time that was free to participate. Mickey was camera operator on this one, while JDogg and I starred in it.

Back in February of 2011, we were on set and filmed the music video, “Touchy Feely” by Jori King, featuring Bizoh. Two talented artist we are grateful to work with. Countless hours of planning, preparation, organizing, rehearsing, and overall logistics behind it felt like giving birth, but with birth… there is life. The energy behind this collaborated group was simply outstanding. We had choreography by Remy of Lionz Den with rehearsals cranked continuously over and over by their team. The lovely models, Sahara, Maggie and Elly grooving their butts off hitting every single beat. Will of Cool Like Dat Studios and our boy, Rude, who both single-handedly backed us on this shoot from beginning to end.

Our first video collaboration with Bizoh & Bruce Steven, two very talented and cool musicians. In this project we worked along side with Will Smith (not the Hollywood actor,I kidd you not that’s his real name) from “Coo Like Dat Studios”.
